Saints Cosmas and Damian
Sts. Cosmas and Damian were twin brothers and physicians. They were devout Christians, and accepted no payment for their services. Through this many were brought to the faith. When Diocletian became emperor, the two were arrested, and were tortured, although no means of torture was effective. They remained faithful, and were eventually beheaded. Their three broithers were martyred with them.
